November 19 Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill available on myBama
 
December 7 Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill deadline for students enrolled before December 7
 
December 8 Late Registration Charge begins for continuing students registering for the 1st time for Spring 2008
 
January 2 Financial Aid/Scholarship excess refund checks will be mailed to the student's permanent address, if you are enrolled at least half time¹ in the Spring Term and have paid/confirmed your schedule by 6.00 p.m. the preceding day
 
January 3 Financial Aid/Scholarship excess refund checks will be available for pick up at the Student Receivables Cashier window beginning this date, if you are enrolled at least half time¹ in the Spring Term and paid/confirmed your schedule by 6:00 p.m. the preceding day
 
January 16 Payment/Confirmation Deadline for Late Registration period
   
January 16 Last day to drop a course at 100% tuition credit³
   
 February 6 Last day to drop a course at 25% tuition charge³
 
February 8 First Monthly Bill available on myBama
 
February 27 Last day to drop a course for 50% tuition charge³
 
February 28 100% charge for dropped or withdrawn courses³
 
March 5 Final payment due to Sallie Mae for Bama Plan
 
March 7 First Monthly Bill (Deferment) Due Date
 
March 13 Second Monthly Bill available on myBama
 
April 4 Second Monthly Bill Due Date
 
April 14 If enrolled Summer 2008, Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill Summer 2008, will be available on my Bama
 
If not enrolled Summer 2008, Third Monthly Bill available on myBama 
 
May 2 If enrolled for Summer 2008, Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill Summer 2008 deadline.
 
If not enrolled Summer 2008, Third Monthly Bill Due Date.
 
May 9 If not enrolled Summer 2008, Fourth Monthly Bill mailed.
 
June 11 If not enrolled Summer 2008, Fourth Monthly Bill Due Date
