Summer 2010 Important Dates Undergraduate/ Graduate

April 12 Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill available on myBama
 
April 30 Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill deadline for students enrolled before May 1
   
May 1 Late Registration Charge begins for continuing students registering for the 1st time for Summer 2010
 
May 3 Financial Aid/Scholarship excess refund checks will be available for pick up at the Student Receivables Cashier window beginning after 1:00 on this date, if you are enrolled at least half time¹ in the Summer Term and paid/confirmed your schedule by 6:00 p.m. the preceding day.  Financial Aid will disburse as appropriate based upon sessions of enrollment.
If you have authorized direct deposits, rather than a check, your refund will be sent to UA’s bank on this date.
 
May 10 Action Card Privileges for Summer 2010 active beginning this date
 
May 11 Last day to drop an Interim course at 100% tuition credit³
 
June 2 Payment/Confirmation Deadline for Late Registration
 
June 2 Last day to drop a Summer I or Full-Session course at 100% tuition credit³
   
June 11 First Monthly Bill available on myBama
   
June 21 Last day to drop a Summer I course at 50% tuition charge³
 
June 28 Last day to drop a Full-Session course at 50% tuition charge³
 
July 6 First Monthly Bill (Deferment) Due Date
 
July 8 Last day to drop a Summer II course at 100% tuition credit³
 
July 20 Second Monthly Bill available on myBama (if not enrolled in Fall 2010) (If enrolled for Fall 2010, Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill will be available on myBama for Fall 2010)
 
July 27 Last day to drop a Summer II course at 50% tuition charge³
 
August 6 Second Monthly Bill Due Date (if not enrolled in Fall 2010) (If enrolled for Fall 2010, Payment/Confirmation/Registration Bill deadline of Fall 2010)
