Withdrawal from the University

A student may withdraw from the University prior to the last day of classes following clearance by the Office of Academic Records and University Registrar and approval of the dean of the division in which the student is enrolled. A student considering this action should first consult with his/her academic adviser. It is the student’s responsibility to initiate and provide the information necessary to complete the withdrawal process. This process begins in the Office of Academic Records and University Registrar, 206 Student Services Center. A withdrawal cannot be initiated through myBAMA.
